Rogers Customers Have Some Issues, Rogers Launches Community Forum

Rogers has started a forum for issues from their customers, it sounds like a good idea, and I hope it ends up staying a good idea, if one moderator or user can't answer a question another might be able to, lets just say that if it has enough users, someone will answer the question.

Here is a statement from Rogers.

"these forums allow you to do just that by casting a wide net for technicalĀ help from a broad group of users just like you. If members of the community don't have the answer to your question, our technical-supports reps are on standby to assist."

So even if the forums fail to help, the customer service and tech support reps are still there for you, pretty good ideas!

I have had many different phones over the years and rooted them all. I write mainly write reviews about phones for the site but at times I also write about apps. I became interested in Android after the Droid 1 came out but have since used the G1, Evo 4g, and Nexus S as my own.
