News Flash: Update to Droid Froyo will have Flash Player 10.1

Good news for Motorola Droid owners comes in the form of the Androids 2.2 update. Earlier in the week we heard that Verizon had halted their OTA update of Android 2.2 due to bugs in the FRG01B firmware.  Shortly after rumors buzzed around the web that FRG22 was the bug fix for FRG01B and would be the official firmware of the Motorola's Droid but this rumored was squashed just as quickly when the FRG01B update resumed its OTA release.

A second update being released? An email was released to Droid business owners that there is a second update in the works that will allow the Droid to utilize Adobes Flash player 10.1. The first round of updates should end around the 18 of August and hopefully the second update shouldn't be that far from the end of round one.
