Anybody waiting to get the Motorola Charm? When you see $189 with a contract (after m-i-r), do you get excited? Consider this, you could get a Samsung Vibrant or an EVO for $10 more ( the EVO is not T-Mobile, but you get the point). The price seems kind of hefty for a phone that isn't that sexy looking. The phone is an alternative for someone that has a blackberry and wants to try android though.
The basic plan you'll need to get you going with the charm starts at $15.50. That's a pretty low price for a smartphone contract considering some of the bare minimum fees you will pay for a top of the line handset. Oh, and the off-contract price is $309.99. That's odd considering the $250 we saw before, but it stands as a reasonable price for the Charm without any strings attached.
