Modu's tiny Android phone has been seen in the wild recently and now we have learned that it approved by the FCC. Hopefully this means that we will be seeing it soon. We don't know if it will be 3g capable as rumors were that it was WI-FI only when the phone was first leaked. We do know that it sports an FM tuner and a stylus.
