ZTE’s Nubia sub-brand is planning to launch a new device really soon. The company has released several teasers suggesting that their Nubia Z11 Mini handset will be announced on April 19th, which means this device will see the light of day tomorrow. Pretty much every teaser pointed in the ‘Mini’ direction, which probably means the company still won’t release the Nubia Z11 and Z11 Max. That being said, the company has released a couple of new teasers, so let’s see what are they about.

A lot of smartphone manufacturing companies are putting great emphasis on their camera hardware and software. We have quite a few Android smartphones out there which can shoot great images, and according to ZTE’s teasers, the Nubia Z11 Mini will be one of them. The company basically confirmed that the device will ship with an upgraded NeoVision camera, and the company stated that it will be able to shoot ‘Simpyl Beautiful’ images. The second teaser shows off a running cheetah being captured with the company’s all-new camera, which suggests that this snapper will be able to capture an image really fast, which should make capturing images of moving objects quite easy. On top of all this, the company’s GM, Ni Fei, said that the device will ship with a ‘Clone Mode’, even though he did not share any details about it.

According to TENAA’s certification listing from last month, the Nubia Z11 Mini will sport a 5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. The device will be fueled by an octa-core SoC, and a 2,750mAh battery will be available here as well, and will not be removable. The 16-megapixel snapper will be placed on the back of the Nubia Z11 Mini, while you’ll be able to find an 8-megapixel shooter up front. Android 5.1.1 Lollipop will come pre-installed on this device with ZTE’s custom UI available on top of it, at least according to TENAA. It is still possible the company might include Android 6.0 Marshmallow here, we’ll see. The phone will quite probably going to be made out of metal and glass, and it will sport a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. The Nubia Z11 Mini will measures 141.9 x 70.4 x 8mm, while it will weight 138 grams. The phone will be introduced in Black and White color combinations.
