Next to China, India is Xiaomi’s main focus at the moment, and also the second largest smartphone market in the world. The company has introduced only the 32GB Xiaomi Mi 5 (availability) variant in India, not the 64GB Mi 5 model, nor the Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro. As for the specs, the Xiaomi Mi 5 sports a 5.15-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display with a curved glass on top. The 4-megapixel snapper (2um pixel size, f/2.0 aperture, 80-degree wide-angle lens) can be found up front, and a 3,000mAh battery is also a part of this package. Speaking of which, you do get Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 here, so the phone’s battery should recharge rather fast. This is a dual-SIM handset, and it sports both the fingerprint (home button) and infrared sensors. Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed here, and on top of it you’ll be able to find Xiaomi’s MIUI 7 OS. The phone measures 144.55 x 69.2 x 7.25, while it weighs 129 grams.
