One of the most popular New Years Resolutions is to get in shape, be more active, lose some weight, etc. It’s always good to have some motivation to keep going, and that’s exactly what a fitness or activity tracker can do for you. It’s something that Fitbit has mastered. The Fitbit Charge is currently going for $89.99 right now on Amazon, that’s down from it’s normal price of $125. The Fitbit Charge is one of our favorite fitness trackers for the simple fact that it shows you the time on your wrist. Which the cheaper fitness trackers like the Fitbit Flex, don’t do. Of course you can also track your steps, calories burned, sleep, and more from your wrist. However, it does not track your heart rate. If you want to do that, you’ll need to pick up the Charge HR, which is slightly more expensive.

Battery life on the Fitbit Charge is rated at about 5 days or so. That depends on how often you are syncing it to your smartphone as well as how active you are. Fitbit recommends that you take about 10,000 steps per day. But it is a good idea to push yourself each day and walk as much as possible.
