How many times have your kids gotten their cords tangled up, or even broken some? Well Kidz Gear aims to change that with their new Bluetooth Headphones for kids. Mainly changing that by the fact that these are wireless headphones and thus won’t use any cables, other than to charge it. These new Bluetooth stereo headphones provide a high-quality audio experience for children. They use Bluetooth 4.0 here and support a few Bluetooth profiles including A2DP, AVRCP, HF and HS. Kidz Gear is selling these in blue as well as pink. Included is a microphone, however this is an omnidirectional boom microphone. So kids can talk on the phone while using these headphones. Pretty neat. But the aspect that Kidz Gear is touting is the fact that the microphone is great for foreign langugage studies as well as testing their audio and verbal skills.

“The Kidz Gear Bluetooth Stereo Headphones are designed to support the latest mobile devices in the market today,” said Jack Peterson, VP Sales and Marketing, Kidz Gear.  “Kids will love using the headphones to listen to music, learn a language or watch movies on their tablets, smartphones or computers.”

These headphones are model BT68KGXX, and are available right now from Kidz Gear’s website, which we have linked in the sources section below for you. They are being sold for just $59.99, making them a pretty decent option. Kidz Gear is also still selling the wired headphones through their website which will be priced at $29.99, and another version of the wired headphones without a boom microphone will be priced at $19.99. With the Bluetooth model, Kidz Gear includes the removable boom mic, an audio cable, and a charging cable. So if you don’t want to use the headset with Bluetooth you can easily plug it into a 3.5mm headphone jack.

While these headphones may not be the highest quality, or have the best audio as say a Sennheiser or Plantronics headset. These are made for kids. Which means they should be a bit more durable and not as heavy as some other Bluetooth headphones tend to be. If you’re looking for a great pair of headphones for your kids, then these might be the ones to take a look at.
