September 11, 2015 - Written By Justin Diaz

There have been a lot of great games hitting the Android platform over the last month, too many to name them all really, so instead of trying to take on that task we rounded up the top ten games that made their way to the Play Store over the last 30 days or so. Some of these you may already be familiar with and some may have flown completely under the radar, but either way if you’re looking for some new mobile games to play this weekend, take a look at the list and see if you stumble on anything magical.

Fat Baby GalaxyFat Baby Galaxy

This game is a trip. It’s an action platformer generally with a sidescrolling nature throughout much of the game but certain parts will have you in a third person view from behind the character as you speed through a wormhole on a surfboard dodging enemies and shooting them with lasers. This is a truly great game that deserves more attention.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

Free Fur All – We Bare BearsFree Fur All - We Bare Bears

Because only from Cartoon Network could such a game like Free Fur All – We Bare Bears be a reality. This is a good bit of lighthearted fun and is a mixed collective of mini games you can either play by yourself or with friends in multiplayer modes. If you enjoy the type of humor Cartoon Network games usually bring to the table, this is a game for you.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

FramedFramed

Framed is a puzzle title set up like a comic book in which you have to rearrange the panels (or frames) in the correct order to advance to the next set of frames. It has a sort of noir like feel to it and presents you with some interesting and rather funny results even when you get the frames wrong, making it worth it to purposely rearrange things incorrectly to see all the possibilities. This is made especially wonderful because of the animation of the frames when you interact with them.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

Cute Things Dying ViolentlyCute Things Dying Violently

This is a puzzle title but with a significantly more sinister feel to it. The goal here is to kill off all of the cute and cuddly critters in any number of ways, but it won’t always be as easy as it sounds. There are 48 single player levels included and a level editor so you can make your own.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

Avoid.Avoid

Avoid. is an arcade game with rather simple mechanics and gameplay style, but it can be lots of fun trying to avoid the blades. Your goal is to last as you long as you can before the blades get you, and lasting longer earns you more coins which you can use to unlock new characters to play.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

The Deer GodThe Deer God

This is an adventure game all about living and surviving as a deer. You’ll encounter enemies and bosses occasionally and at times you’ll get to use some rather interesting but still super cool abilities like shooting flames from your antlers. The game features quests you can complete as well as loot items to find and collect, and a day and night system to make things feel more immersive.Google-Play-Banner-Get-it-On-Large1

Pok©mon Shuffle is a puzzle game. Stage by stage you’ll encounter other Pok©mon that you’ll have to battle and attempt to capture afterwards, and to beat them you cast attacks by matching up the different Pok©mon in your collection.
