LG Watch Urbane Now Available In Australia (Retail) For $449
LG Watch Urbane is one of LG’s Android Wear-powered smartwatches. This watch is made out of metal, and it has been available out in the market for quite some time now. Well, the Watch Urbane has been available in Australia online for a while, but it will soon be available in retail stores as well. InFocus Released Three 4G smartphones In Taiwan
InFocus is an American company which actually sells their devices mainly in India. Well, this company has decided to sell some of their offerings in Taiwan as well. InFocus has unveiled M812, M808 and M370 handsets in Taiwan. They sport 3, 2 and 1GB of RAM respectively, and the M812 is the most powerful out of the bunch. That handset features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 quad-core SoC. The 13-megapixel camera is available on its back, and an 8-megapixel snapper can be found up front. The devices cost NT$10,888, NT$6,988 and NT$3,500-4,000, respectively.
Oppo Makes It To Australia, Partners Up With Optus And Dick Smith
Oppo is one of the better known Chinese smartphone OEMs which is constantly trying to penetrate new markets. The company has set sights on Australia, where they partnered up with Optus (carrier) and Dick Smith (technology retailer). The company has launched their Oppo R7 handset in Australia, a handset which was announced back in May. This is a mid-range smartphone which is powered by the Snapdragon 615, and sports 3GB of RAM. The device also features a 5-inch 1080p display, and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.
Intex Unveils Aqua Turbo 4G Entry-Level Handset In India
Intex is an India-based smartphone OEM which tends to release mostly entry-level and mid-range handsets. The company’s newest addition to the smartphone market is the Aqua Turbo 4G handset which features a 5-inch 720p display and 1GB of RAM. The phone also ships with 8GB of internal storage (expandable), and a 3,000mAh battery. The 5-megapixel camera can be found on both the back and front of this device, while the rear-facing LED flash is also available. This is a 4G LTE handset, as its name suggests, and you also get a dual-SIM option here. The device comes in White, Black, Grey and Champagne color options, and costs Rs. 7,444 ($113).
Videocon Z55 Dash Is Now Official, Costs Rs. 6,490 ($98)
Videocon has released yet another entry-level smartphone in India, the Z55 Dash. This phone sports a 5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage. The device is powered by an octa-core SoC clocked at 1.4GHz, and it ships with a 2,200mAh battery. The 8-megapixel camera is available on the back of this phone, along with an LED flash. Android 4.4 KitKat comes pre-installed on this handset, and the phone comes in Black / White and White / Chrome color options, while it costs Rs. 6,490 ($98).
