Back to School isn’t just about new Android tablets and smartphones. You also need a new TV and printer to deck out your dorm room, right? There are plenty of great TV’s and printers available, many of which we have listed down below. We also have a few Android TV’s listed that you might want to take a look at.
Sony 50-Inch 1080p 120Hz 3D Smart LED TV
This 50-inch Smart TV from Sony is pretty great. Not only is it 120Hz, but it also has Android TV built in. So you can use Android TV and get all kinds of apps like Netflix, Hulu+, and others on your TV without another set-top box. It’s a big screen TV, which is great for watching football on Saturday and Sunday.
Sony 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD 120Hz 3D Smart LED TV
1080p not enough for you? Well Sony has a nice 4K TV here that has Android TV as well. It’s pretty much the same as the TV above, but a whole lot more pixels and slightly bigger at 55-inches. It’s also an LED TV, so the picture is going to look amazing.
VIZIO 43-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED HDTV
Here’s a great 4K TV from Vizio. There’s no Android TV built-in like the two models above, but it’s still a great TV, and probably one of the best 4K TV’s under $600. It’s a 43-inch TV so it is a bit smaller than the ones above, but that means the PPI will be even higher. Vizio is a great brand and they make fantastic TV’s.
Samsung 32-Inch 1080p LED TV
Don’t want or need a TV as big as the ones listed above? Samsung’s got ya back here. With their 32-inch 1080p LED TV. Since it’s not 4K resolution, it will also be a bit cheaper. It’s also not a Smart TV, so you’ll want to pick up a Roku or Android TV set-top box.
LG Electronics 50LF6100 50-inch 1080p Smart LED TV
Here’s another Smart TV, and a big one at that, from LG. This 50-incher is not 4K however and is just 1080p. Which is still not a bad resolution, considering most content we are watching is still in 1080p at this point. It also has some of your favorite apps built in, including Netflix, Hulu+ and many others.
HP Officejet 4630 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer
This wireless printer is pretty neat. Not only because it’s wireless – therefore it doesn’t need to be near your desk – but also because it does everything. That includes printing, scanning, copying and faxing. What more could you want?
Canon PIXMA MG2920 Wireless Inkjet All-in-One
This printer from Canon is also an all-in-one, which means it prints, copies, scans and faxes whatever you might need. This one is also wireless, so you can put it anywhere in your dorm room. Definitely a great feature to have on a printer.
HP Envy 5530 Wireless All-in-One Color Photo Printer
This HP printer has a lot of the features as the other two, but it is also great for printing photos. While these others can print photos, this one does it at a higher dpi, so it looks much better. Not to mention it’s also wireless, and under $100.
Epson Expression Home XP-420 Wireless Color Photo Printer
Epson’s printer here is also a color photo printer and does a great job at printing photos at that. It also does everything, that includes printing, copying, scanning and faxing. A great tool for any college kid.
