Samsung’s Unpacked event happens in less than a week from now and that means that in less than a week Samsung could be showing off their two brand new phones: the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+. Both had been speculated for months to be getting an earlier reveal this year and instead of Samsung waiting till IFA to show off their latest Galaxy Note device. Both will have some slight improvements over previous iterations, with the Galaxy S6 Edge+ having a slightly larger display than the original Galaxy S6 Edge and the Galaxy Note 5 having things like an improved S Pen.
There will be other enhancements too of course, as Samsung is sure to be giving each some updated hardware. Although the Galaxy Note 5 is likely to be more of a departure from the Galaxy Note 4 than the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is to be from the Galaxy S6 Edge. This would mostly be due to the Galaxy Note 5’s new body design which is thought to be the new glass and metal setup Samsung used for its flagships earlier this year. There are still plenty of unknowns, like price, availability, and confirmed specifications, but it shouldn’t be long before those details are made public. The question is, which Samsung device has you more excited? The Galaxy Note 5 or the Galaxy S6 Edge+? Are you looking forward to a new sleek design for the Note series or do you just want a Galaxy S6 Edge with a bigger screen?
