Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation Game Hits on Google Play

July 17, 2015 - Written By Alexander Maxham

With the newest installment of Mission Impossible set to hit theaters at the end of the month, Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation has hit Google Play. So now you can play the latest Mission Impossible game. The game is developed by Glu and has a few free-to-play levels before you’ll need to spend some cash to keep playing. Thanks to in-app-purchases or IAP. From the game’s description on Google Play:

“Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Infiltrate secure locations and eliminate high-profile targets, perform lethal strikes and confront the Syndicate across the globe.
This message will self-destruct…”

According to the Google Play listing the in-app purchases range from $0.99 all the way up to $99.99. Hopefully you won’t need to spend anywhere near the $99.99 to play the game til it’s end. In the game, you’ll be tracking the syndicate across the globe, also you’ll be equipped with advanced weaponry, and be able to complete impossible missions – hence the name of the game. Additionally, you can join and form agencies inside the game, as well as defend your bases and destroy enemy bases. That’s the fun part right? Destroying stuff.

It’s a good looking game, and it weighs in just shy of 100MB in size. Which isn’t a bad size for a game like this. For those that are fans of the Mission Impossible franchise, this is going to be a game you won’t want to put down, and will help you kill time until the movie opens. Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation hits theaters on July 31st, if you haven’t already seen the trailer we have it listed down below.

Glu has made various other games that are available on Google Play, including Terminator Genisys, Racing Rivals, Deer Hunter 2014, Spongebob Diner Dash, and they are also responsible for Kim Kardashian’s game which is making boat loads of cash from the in app purchases. Paramount Pictures is probably expecting similar success from the Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation game developed by Glu. We’ll have to wait and see.
