Samsung has announced the company’s Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge flagship handsets back in March during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The two devices are already available for purchase all over the world, and it seems like Samsung managed to peek people’s interest by releasing their first metal unibody smartphones. The Galaxy S6 Edge is definitely the more interesting of the two, simply because of its unique design and some features that come with it. The S6 Edge features curved display on both its left and right side, and the device looks really sleek overall.

Speaking of the Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung has been teasing the release of the special Iron Man edition of that handset for quite some time now. 4 days ago, that Korea-based smartphone manufacturer has shared an image on social media with a caption ‘coming next week‘, and the company has now officially announced this handset. This thing is officially called the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition, and as you can see in the gallery down below, it sports a rather unique look. This thing screams Iron Man in terms of color options, and there’s also an Iron Man print on the back of the handset. This device will launch on May 27 in South Korea, it will reach China and Hong Kong in June, and the company hasn’t mentioned any other markets thus far, but they will quite probably make this device available outside of Asia at some point. Samsung hasn’t shared any pricing info either, unfortunately, but you can expect this thing to be a bit more expensive than the regular Galaxy S6 Edge (64GB variant).
What about its specs? Well, this thing sports the exact same specifications as the regular Galaxy S6 Edge. The device features a 5.2-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1440) Super AMOLED display along with 3GB of RAM, and is powered by Samsung’s very own Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor. The 16-megapixel OIS camera is located on the back of this thing, and a 5-megapixel snapper is available up front. Android 5.0.2 Lollipop comes pre-installed on the Iron Man Galaxy S6 Edge, with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on top of Google’s OS. The device measures 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8mm.
