It was a big week for tech news as Mobile World Congress came and went, and there were plenty of noteworthy things to discuss from new device announcements to talks about upcoming services. Both Samsung and HTC announced their upcoming flagship devices for the year, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge as well as the HTC One M9, and all three appear to be exciting new devices with some interesting features. This week also saw a talk from Google’s head of Android and Chrome, Sundar Pichai, who finally confirmed that Google is indeed working on their own wireless network. A rumor also surfaced stating that the Nexus 6 may be the only phone that works on this new service.

Google also divulged plans about how to compete with Apple Pay, and as it turns out, Android Pay is the answer. During GDC 2015 on Tuesday evening, Nvidia announced the world’s first 4K Android TV Console, the Nvidia SHIELD, and the evening before Sony unveiled their new flagship Xperia Z4 tablet.
