It’s a new year, and a new you. The most common New Years Resolution is to lose weight, or get in shape. And there are a ton of fitness trackers which will do just that. Fitbit really started this craze, and has been the leader for some time. But now we have Jawbone, as well as Google getting in the fold. So we’ve got a slew of them in this top 10 for you to check out.
The Fitbit Flex is actually the Fitbit that I use, or used. I really liked it. It was simple and not all that flashy. The Fitbit flex had four LED lights which indicated how close you were to your step goal as well as if it was in sleep mode or not. It’s a really great fitness tracker to go along with Fitbit’s awesome app.
The Fitbit Charge is a bit more expensive then the Flex, but it does have a full display which can show you the time as well as your steps. You can also track your calories you’ve taken in as well with the Fitbit app, which works really well.
Fitbit Charge HR
The Fitbit Charge HR is basically identical to the Fitbit Charge, the only real difference is that the Charge HR can track your heart rate, which is a big deal to a lot of people, especially runners.
