Oppo N3 was announced by Oppo in Singapore last month alongside Oppo R5, the thinnest phone in the world. N3 is company’s new flagship device and it packs some interesting features, as well as beastly specs sheet and premium build quality. Oppo N3’s main feature is probably the auto-rotating motorized camera on the top of the device. This is a 16-megapixel camera which also comes with some interesting software features. Oppo N3’s price was announced soon after launch and the device is now available for pre-order  in China via Oppo’s official website (source link below) or Jingdong Mall. If you decide to pick up this handset it will cost you 3,999 Yuan ($654), which is a lot of money for this device. Truth be told this is a flagship device, but there are so many flagship handsets for purchase in China which cost half the price of Oppo’s newest offering. It will be interesting to see how well will the device sell. Anyhow, the device will ship your way on November 21st if you decide to get it and you’ll get some benefits if you pick it up before that date, such as bluetooth headset, six months of extended warranty and so on.

Oppo N3 features a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) AMOLED display along with 3GB of RAM for all your multitasking needs and 32GB of expandable internal storage. This handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz along with an Adreno 330 GPU for graphics processing. Oppo N3 ships with the aforementioned motorized rotation camera on the top of the device which sports a 16-megapixel sensor on the inside. Oppo N3 comes with a 3000mAh battery which charges from 0 to 75% in 30 minutes thanks to VOOC rapid charging technology. Android 4.4 comes pre-installed on the device with Oppo’s ColorOS 2.0 on top of it. This handset also features 4G LTE connectivity of course and it measures 161.2 x 77 x 9.9mm while it weighs 192 grams.

This is a great device and it has lots to offer, but its price is just too high in my opinion, especially for the Chinese market. You can get a very quality flagship handset for basically half that much over there. However, if you’re willing to pay this much for Oppo N3, go for it, it sure is a great device which sports some features no other smartphone has. We still don’t have any information when it comes to the international availability, at least not official info. The handset is quite probably already available from some resellers, if not, it will be soon.
