Battery power for smartphones remains a common concern for many users, although there are devices out there that have considerably amazing battery life. For some though going through an entire day if you’re a heavy user can prove to be quite challenging. This is why I personally carry a battery pack or two. Just in case I need to refuel my phone with some extra juice. There are lots of different battery packs out there and arguably some great ones, but if you have a relatively busy and fast paced life you may not be able to sit around and wait a couple hours for a full charge.

This is where Oppo’s new powerbank and car charger may be able to come in handy. We say maybe because both accessories are rated for use with the Oppo Find 7, and not all devices will be able to safely accept a charge from either the powerbank or the car charger at the levels they output a charge. For those that can however, Oppo touts the powerbank at being able to boost your dead battery to 75% charge in about 30 minutes, an accomplishment that is surely none too easy for regular chargers. In some cases a 75% charge may be all you need to carry you through the rest of what you need your device for. Oppo’s new rapid charging VOOC powerbank has an output of 5V/3.5A and carries a 6,000mAh capacity so it should be plenty enough to sustain most people for two to three full charges depending on their phone’s battery capacity.

The VOOC powerbank comes in one color, white, while the VOOC car charger comes in black and white. according to the Oppo listings on their web store for these two accessoires, the car charger runs 198 Yuan, and the powerbank runs 298 Yuan. That puts the car charger at about $32.19 USD, and the powerbank at a cost of about $48.44 USD. Those are reasonable prices for what you’re getting. If you’re interested in picking one of these up you can do so by hitting the source link below. Do you find yourself in situations often where you need just a little bit of extra battery life?
