Just yesterday, Verizon announced that they’d be carrying the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet. They also announced that pre-orders would start today, and they have indeed started. So if you’re looking to pick up the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet from Verizon, here’s your chance to pre-order it. Verizon is selling it for $499 on contract, or $599 without a contract. We’d recommend buying it off contract, as you’ll save more money in the long run. But you can add it to your Share Everything plan for just a few extra bucks per month and share the data pool for the other lines on your account. The Xperia Z2 Tablet is also available in the US as a WiFi only device, but if you’re looking for an LTE version, you’ll have to settle for Verizon as they do have the exclusive on this one.

Sony generally has some pretty nice tablets and smartphones, although it is a bit more expensive than other OEMs. The Xperia Z2 Tablet is a pretty good tablet as well, along with most of the other tablets out there on Big Red’s network.
