Xposed Module YourTube Allows you to change the default view in the YouTube App

Xposed framework has all kinds of awesome tweaks that you can apply to your device, of course you’ll need to be rooted to install it. But I think it’s worth it. I just started messing around with Xposed about a month ago and so far I love it. I use the G2 Xposed app on my LG G2 for immersive mode and some other cool features. Now there’s a new cool Xposed module out, which is YourTube. It basically allows you to change the default view pane. So instead of opening up to “What to Watch” you can change it to “My Subscriptions”, “Watch Later” a custom playlist, or browse channels.

You can download the Xposed module from the Xposed app. Note you’ll also need to have YouTube version 5.7.36 installed. Other versions will not work. The developer also notes that you’ll need to kill the app, not just close it, for the changes to take effect. There’s really nothing else to it right now, but I’m sure we’ll see more features added to the YourTube Xposed Module very soon.

Xposed can be downloaded from their website here. After that you’d just install it like any other app. That includes making sure that Unknown Sources are enabled so you can sideload the app. There are all kinds of different modules already available for different devices, like the Xperia Z1, HTC One M8, and many others. Additionally, there are a lot of Xposed apps for various devices, like I use G2 Xposed, and there’s also G2 Tweaksbox for the LG G2, since that is my daily driver. How many of you are having fun with Xposed yet? What are some of your favorite modules from Xposed? Be sure to let us know in the comments down below.
