June 27, 2014 - Written By Peter Holden

You can never have quite enough apps, am I right? Amazon obviously feels the same way, because for the next 48 hours, 31 apps have been made available to install for absolutely nothing. That’s right, 31 apps that are worth $100 can be yours,  for the grand price of $0! And for the most part, these aren’t apps to turn your nose up at either.

The apps span a wide-range of categories, from games and utilities to media and productivity. There’s pretty much something for everyone in the list of apps below:

Card Wars – Adventure Time
OfficeSuite Professional 7
Notepad+
The Room Two (Kindle Tablet Edition)
Sonic The Hedgehog 2
Plex
Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek (Kindle Tablet Edition)
Wedding Dash Deluxe
Dr. Panda’s Bus Driver
Ravensword: Shadowlands
CLARC
Pho.to Lab PRO – professional photo editor with lots of beautiful effects, frames and filters!
AccuWeather Platinum
Dungeon Village

EZ Money Manager
Business Calendar
Jump Desktop (RDP & VNC)
Travel Interpreter
Root Explorer

aCalendar+
MobiLearn Talking Phrasebook, English-French-German-Italian-Spanish

Amazon haven’t been stingy with the quality of apps, with the likes of Plex, Root Explorer and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 all being premium quality apps. As previously stated, if purchased individually at their normal prices, the 31 apps would cost you over $100.

On top of this, Amazon is still holding their App of the Day promotion, with todays free app being MacGyver: Deadly Descent in which your can ‘Do a MacGyver’ and ‘tackle man-sized problems in pressure situations’. In case you were wondering this is an official MacGyver product.

And good news! This isn’t a US only offer either,so readers in the UK can also get in on the action by clicking here. Remember that you need to tick ‘Unknown Sources’ in the Security section of Settings in order to install the Amazon AppStore on your device, if it isn’t already installed and that you can either select the apps via the browser or through the Amazon AppStore by clicking the relevant tab.
