Do you love Google Music but use Apple Mac products like a Macbook Pro or a Mac Mini? Tired of having to use iTunes especially after the recent Apple security breach? Say goodbye to your plight because someone has heard your cries and is responding. Starting today, consumers who own and use a Mac as their computer can now utilize the wonders of Google Play Music All Access through the new third party stand alone application. This isn’t the first that Google Play Music or Google Play Music All Access was available for Mac owners, but it will mark the first Mac compatible stand alone application that uses the service. Before today, Mac users had to go to browser based Google Play Music site to access their library of songs and use the awesome features of Google Play Music All Access, which was Debuted at Google I/O.

This third party stand alone app was launched by a user named kbhomes over at Github, and you can access it by getting to the link below. All you have to do is click, and BOOM, you’re there. The app has all the features that you’d expect of a Google Play Music app, and furthermore can help you do anything that the browser access could do. You can listen to and grab any of your songs or albums since you have access to your entire library of Google Play Music, and of course you can listen to any of the created radio stations that you took so much time to customize. You’ll also get access to the explore tab, which lets you discover and listen to new music that you just might love as much as Google Play Music itself. The app has complete integration with your Mac media keys, and it has notification support so you can see the track listings of what you currently have playing. There are also buttons to access your Google+ page right from within the app, as well as a Google Apps button and the ability to “share” from the app as well. Google also gives you a choice to give the app a custom appearance, offering up two options to users. You can either choose to stick with look and design Google intended, or you can go with the custom appearance that’s built right into Google Music for Mac that makes it look beautiful and integrated into your system. If you own a mac, hit this link and download at your leisure.
