January 1, 2014 - Written By Cory McNutt

It’s that time of year again when we make those pesky New Year’s Resolutions that we promise ourselves that we will keep – sadly, if you are like me, you have the best of intentions, and while the spirit is willing, the flesh is weak. After we put on all of those extra pounds from Halloween candy to Thanksgiving’s turkey and stuffing to the Christmas ham, and ending with New Year’s pork and sauerkraut, one of the most popular resolutions is a diet to lose those extra pounds. We went to the Google Play Store to check out the apps that can help us to achieve that goal – the infamous diet apps. There is no shortage of diet apps, so we tried to pick out ten apps that may help you stick to your diet. Let’s do it this year and make a difference – let’s stick to our diet so that this time next year we can worry about another bad habit! Let us know on our Google+ Page if you use an app to help you diet and which one is your favorite.
