AH Asks: What Android Phone Are You Currently Rocking?

December 5, 2013 - Written By Alexander Maxham

Lately, we’ve seen some great phones come out and some great deals on them as well. Like the Moto X on sale for $350 yesterday and again on Monday. I was one of the lucky few that were able to get my hands on one and it should be here next week hopefully. Until then, I’m rocking a Nexus 5. This year we’ve had some pretty nice phones come out. In fact, for the first time in a long time, I had a tough decision of what phone I wanted to replace my Nexus 4. Seeing as part of my job is to review all these phones, I get the chance to really play with just about every phone released this year in the US. Which made it tougher actually. Some of my favorites from this year have been the LG G2 and Optimus G Pro, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Google Nexus 5, Moto X, and the HTC One. And the best part is that they are pretty much all on every carrier. With the exception of the Optimus G Pro and Nexus 5.

The reason why I decided to go with the Moto X over the Nexus 5 is because of the battery life, Active Display, Touchless Control and the ability to customize it through Moto Maker. Not to mention it’s the same size. Now I know I’m not like everyone else and I actually upgrade my phone every 6-12 months. So that’s why we are wondering what phone you’re rocking right now, and if you have plans to upgrade soon. Why? Well it’ll help us gauge what kind of content we can do. For example, if a lot of our readers are sporting a Nexus 5, then we’ll have to do more Nexus 5 content, etc. We’ve got a poll down below where you can choose your phone, you can also comment as always in the comments below. Let us know what phone your currently using as a daily driver.
