Falcon Pro v2.0 Gets Teased – Showing off Multiple Account Support

June 4, 2013 - Written By Alexander Maxham

Falcon Pro is one of the more popular Twitter apps out there for Android. In fact, I use it on all of my devices (including the review devices). It’s a great Twitter app that seems to always be in the news. A few months ago it hit the 100k token limit from Twitter which forced the developers to reset the tokens to free up some, so they could still sell the app.

Today, they have teased the new version of Falcon Pro which will be “coming soon” as expected. There’s no release date yet. But in the past, Falcon Pro gets updated rather quickly. The preview shows off multiple accounts. Which is one of the more requested features from Falcon Pro. Now not everyone has multiple accounts that they use or manage, but people like myself are going to love it. It’ll mean that I can use my and the @AndroidHeadline account in the same app. It’ll definitely be a life saver.

We don’t know what else is coming in version 2.0, but I’d expect some other possibly smaller fixes and changes coming to version 2.0. I’m still holding out hope that they’ll add inline Vine support, similar to what they already have for Instagram, Twitpic and others. You can also read links from,, and other link shorteners from within the app as well. We still don’t know what it’s coming, but it is coming. You can buy Falcon Pro from Google Play for $1.96. This is definitely an app you’re going to want to check out.

How many of you are still using Falcon Pro? If not, what is your favorite Twitter app for Android?  Let us know in the comments down below.
