Here we have the Veho MUVI X-Lapse 360 Rotating Camera Mount, whew that’s a long name we’ll just call it the Veho Camera Mount for the rest of the review. Deal? The Veho Camera Mount is a pretty interesting accessory. It isn’t device specific, I’ve used it on 4 different phones I have sitting on my desk and all of them work great with it. This camera mount can be used for making time lapsed videos and also just doing mobile photography. I actually shot a video with it on my Galaxy S3 the other day, which you can check out here. The Veho Camera Mount can rotate for some pretty impressive panoramic pictures. it also includes the standard tripod mount, so you can mount this onto your existing tripod, which I did in the picture below.
The Veho Camera Mount can take your mobile photography or regular photography (as you can use it to mount a DSLR camera) to the next level. Creating awesome panorama’s and even better looking Photo Sphere’s on devices running Android 4.2. The top piece where you can place your phone or tablet, does come off and you can mount a regular camera there instead. It does have a timer, which I actually used while recording a video so I wouldn’t go over a time limit. It was quite awesome in fact.
This camera mount is available from Mobile Fun for about $26 at the time of writing this. They also have plenty of other great accessories and cases that you can check out for your Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One and more. So would I recommend this item? Yes, especially if you want to take some great photos with your Android phone or tablet (it works with Blackberries and iPhones too).
