Nexus 4, Nexus 7 32GB and Nexus 10 Now Available To Order From The Play Store

Finally! With the UK and a lot of Europe selling out along with Australia we’ve been wondering when it will launch in the US and we’ve been hearing 9AM PST but they’ve pulled the trigger a hare early, so, GO GO GO! everything you’ve been waiting for has now arrived and you can now go ahead and order up the shiny new Nexus family. The new Nexus 4 from LG, the Nexus 10 from Samsung and the Nexus 7 new and improved from ASUS are all available to order from Google’s Play Store. So, it’s that time when you’re to check your bank account – oh hang on, you all already did that didn’t you? Of course you did! Well, now that they’re available to order we’ll want to know what you’ve picked up and why or perhaps you just bought everything and called it quits? So, without further adieu let’s go into the new Nexus family and what you’ll be getting when you pony up for a purchase!

Nexus 4

The first Nexus from LG and yet another phone to be sold without LTE support – is this the best Nexus yet? There’s been a lot of controversy surrounding this latest from LG and there’s been a lot of worry that after two Nexus flagships from Samsung that LG will go ahead and ruin the whole thing. From the handful of reviews that have come in already it looks like the opposite is true and that the LG Nexus is one of the best built and most up-to-date Nexus we’ve ever had. With build quality that is pegged not only to be better than Samsung’s but a whole lot nicer those of you with a Nexus S or Galaxy Nexus may have found your next phone. If you’ve been living under a rock and you don’t know what you’ll be getting from the Nexus 4 then here are the specs below:

Nexus 7

We all know and love the Nexus 7, with a brilliant 7″ display and the stunning Tegra 3 quad-core processor it’s the tablet that gave us Jelly Bean on a tablet at a fabulous price. Now that Google have tinkered with the recipe of the Jellytastic Tab there’s even more to love about the Nexus 7 and if you haven’t had chance to pick one up yet then now is the best chance! These things will make brilliant Christmas presents for family or friends and you could always buy a second, just because you can? With the new addition of the 32GB 3G Nexus 7 it really is the best 7″ tablet as you can now take it around everywhere without fear of running out of connection. For those of you that have had a Nexus 7 for a long time now there’s no need to be jealous as we’re sure the 4.2 update will hit your tabs real soon – after all, it’s a Nexus!

Nexus 10

Motorola XOOM owners rejoice! There is finally an option for those who want a Google Experience Device at anything above 7″ and now there’seven more reason to pick this Google Tablet up. The Nexus 10, built by Samsung, is packing some serious firepower. Under the hood there’s an Exynos 5250 at 1.7Ghz built on the ARM Cortex A15 platfrom. Let’s not forget about that stunning 2560 x 1600 display that’s going to be perfect for watching films and reading magazines on. While there might not be as many tablet optimized apps for Android as we’d like, with something like the Nexus 10 this might be the start of something big for the platform when it comes to tablets. There’s no doubt about it that this is the best 10″ Android tablet that you can buy so, what are you waiting for?
