It’s been a long time since we heard something from Motorola or, at least, it certainly feels like it is. It seems like we’ve been waiting some time for the true successors to the Droid RAZR line to arrive sure, the RAZR M came and went but, I know what you’re all waiting for: the Droid RAZR MAXX HD. Now, the time has come and you can finally get your hands on both the Droid RAZR HD and it’s MAXX cousin from Amazon Wireless.

The Droid RAZR HD is going to run you $199.99 on contract and you get a hold of it here. As for the Droid RAZR MAXX HD you can get that here. As always if you’re not sure whether or not you can upgrade you can go through Amazon Wireless’ Upgrade Eligibility fun ride to make sure. In case you may have forgotten, both the Droid RAZR HD and the RAZR MAXX HD will come packing the following:

  • 4.7″ Super AMOLED display at 720×1280 (that’s about 312ppi)
  • Dual-core processor at 1.5GHz
  • 12GB storage (with microSD slot)
  • 1GB RAM
  • 8MP rear shooter and 1.3MP front camera
  • 2530mAh battery
  • Android 4.0.4 with an update to 4.1 promised

For the extra benjamin you’ll be getting that 3300 mAh battery as well 32GB internal storage. This should help you get the 32hrs of Talk Time promised by Big Red and a fairly ample storage allowance as well. So, get it whilst the getting’s good and let us know in the comments if you took the jump/
