U.S. judge orders Google, Motorola to hand over Android data to Apple

What a way to start our Tuesday! According to Bloomberg, a U.S. Judge has ordered Motorola and Google to hand over some key information about the development of the Android operating system to Apple. Not only that, but they’re also required to turn over information about Google’s pending .5 billion acquisition of Motorola Mobility to the iPhone maker. Apple’s attorneys who filed the patent claim against Motorola back in 2010, said that “The Android/Motorola acquisition discovery is highly relevant to Apple’s claims and defenses.”
