ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Android Tablet: Close enough to Click

Out of the various Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb) tablets starting to roll out, the ASUS Eee Pad is one of the more interesting ones. The hook ASUS is using to try to reel in us consumers is the full QWERTY keyboard dock that comes along.  Now ASUS has done their due diligence and have opened up a full website to show off all the features of the Eee Pad.

Transformer! It’s not a Vehicle but it’s got a Green Robot!

The site gives the standard tablet specs we’ve been accustomed to:

  • Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb)
  • NVIDIA Tegra 2 1.0 GHz Processor
  • 1080p Video Playback
  • 1 GB Memory
  • 16/32 GB Models

ASUS Eee Pad: Will it Transform You?

Further down you’ll get a good look at the docks features, such as a full USB 2.0 connector, another SD card slot, and full trackpad. They also throw in Polaris Office 3.0 for all of those business users on the go to create and edit spreadsheets and power point.
