Pioneer Computer DreamBook ePad H10 HD: Dual Core Android Tablet

Before I even get started, I want to clear the air of potential confusion. This is not the same Pioneer that manufactures speakers and other audio devices.

Now that we have that out the way, let’s talk a little bit about Pioneer Computer’s upcoming Android tablet – the DreamBook ePad H10 HD. It has all of the specs that we’ve come to expect from an Android tablet (and the addition of a ridiculously long name), including a Tegra 2 Dual Core processor, 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 display, 1 GB of RAM, 5 MP and 3 MP cameras; and of course, Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb).

Alongside those specs, the Dreambook ePad H10 HD also offers up a 10-point multitouch display, full 1080P playback with HDMI out, gyroscope, accelerometer, and 3G GSM connectivity.

Pioneer Computers announced the DreamBook ePad H10 HD in Australia for 699 Aussie dollars (around 706 USD), with hopes of an April release. As of right now, there is no word on a US release.
