Android Get’s Naughty; Accepts Rejected iBoobs iOS App

March 6, 2011 - Written By Anthony Gordano

Back in 2008 Apple removed an app called iBoobs from their market saying it had “objectionable content”. This was a stance they stuck with going forward in regards to adult themed applications being allowed in their App Store. The obvious contradiction was the included app that had all the objectionable content you could ask for, safari. Either way, the developers of the app have decided to move the application onto the Android platform, keeping the same name most likely due to the amount of press it got when it was rejected. Whether you find the content objectionable or not, it’s always nice to have a choice! While bringing iBoobs over to Android, they have made a few updates as well;

  • Touch screen support
  • Statistics tracking
  • An achievement system with 15 achievements

The Application can be found in the Android Market here (for the lite version) here (for the full one), and the video of the Android version is embedded below. What do you think of this app being allowed in the market? For it? Against it? Let us know in the comments…
