Register for updates on the Xperia Play & Arc with Rogers

Sony Ericsson kicked off the Mobile World congress in Barcelona on Sunday with a jaw dropping selection of new Android phones and two are heading to Rogers. One of these is the much talked about Xperia Play which is going to transform the way in which we play games on our phones. You may ask why and if you haven’t had a media black out for the past few days let me tell you why

!The Sony Ericsson Play comes loaded with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) which is the power behind the play,a 1GHz processor which will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience and the unforgettable sight that is a Playstation controller.  If you play games on your current phone it’s all about your fingers on the screen or tilting the phone to get your car round a tight bend.Sony Ericsson have confirmed that some of the biggest names in the gaming World including Electronic Arts Digital Chocolate and many more will be producing games for you.

If you like to take things a little slower you can also get kept up to speed with the Xperia Arc, another new phone from Sony Ericsson which was  introduced as another member of the Android family at the Consumer Electronics Show back in January. It may not be the most powerful of Android phones out there but it does come with Gingerbread,a HD 8.1 Mega Pixel Camera and clear, crisp 4.2 inch display and the rather lovely Sony Mobile BRAVIA engine.

So we have two very good Android phones, the only thing you have to do is decide which is going to be your new toy and head over to the nice people at Rogers , share a few details with them and wait for an email or call telling you when and where you can pick one up.
