Google “Taste” of Honeycomb Press Event Streaming Live Feb. 2nd

According to the inboxes of many tech insiders, Google will be holding a press event next Wednesday, February the 2nd to showcase its new Honeycomb Android OS. Officially billed as “A Taste of What’s New from Android”, the event will take place at Google headquarters in Mountain View, but also be streamed live via their YouTube channel for the rest of the world to see.

“You’re invited to an Android event at Google headquarters in Mountain View on Wednesday, February 2. Please join us for an in-depth look at Honeycomb, Android ecosystem news and hands-on demos.”

According to the invitation below, the event will start at 10:00 AM PT and run until 1 PM PT. During that time, just as the invite says, we’ll get an in-depth look at Honeycomb along with some hands-on demos to boot. They’re even serving breakfast and refreshments, very nice Google, very nice. It should be an interesting show, so mark your calendars.
