It appears the Froyo update is behind the problems with the Bell Samsung Vibrant, and Samsung Canada is temporarily pulling it as a download from Kies. The Samsung Galaxy(aka Vibrant) from Bell Mobility is having an excessive rate of breakdown with the internal SD storage. Many Vibrant owners saw their SD card become unreadable, unmountable, or invisible to the kernel starting as far back as September. Shipping the phone back to Samsung seems to be the only reliable fix. Two things appear common in these problematic devices, users are running Froyo, and most have utilized some type of ‘lag fix’. Contact Samsung at 800-751-4078, or [email protected] to resolve these issues.
