CyanogenMod 6 is finally stable

It’s a pun.  You get it?  It is a final stable build? Eh, whatever.  Regardless, CyanogenMod is now available in its sixth iteration in a stable form.  I have been reading about the progress of CM6 for quite a while now, and it looks great.  Many phones are supported including:

  • Nexus One
  • Droid
  • Dream/Sapphire
  • Hero (GSM/CDMA)
  • Incredible
  • Slide/Espresso
  • EVO
  • Galaxy S (Vibrant)
  • Aria
  • The unlinked ones are not yet available for download, but there are testing versions (unstable!!) available.
